333x Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 333x. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 333x ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 333x platform — including the website at 333x.vin, the game lobby, sportsbook, live casino and any associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 333x platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 333x.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the 333x platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 333x strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion period or voluntary account closure on 333x.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information at all times. Registration with false personal details is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 333x platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If 333x detects multiple accounts operated by the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprints, payment methods, IP addresses or other indicators — all accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonuses forfeited.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you agree to provide:

• Your real full name as it appears on your official identification.
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.
• Accurate date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.
• A unique password for your account which you must keep confidential.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 333x will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 333x support team immediately. You must not share your account with any other person.

Account Verification

333x may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") at any point — including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (e.g. CNIC), proof of address or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending completion.

4. Deposits & PKR Balances

All transactions on the 333x platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied on deposits or withdrawals, and your account balance is always displayed in PKR.

Supported Deposit Methods

333x currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (instant bank transfer)
• Standard Bank Transfer
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. 333x reserves the right to change available deposit methods, limits and processing times at any time. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your own name — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically processed instantly and your PKR balance updated in real time. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank or card issuer. 333x is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to deposit funds, or an approved alternative method as confirmed by the 333x support team.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be met before the corresponding balance can be withdrawn. Refer to the Bonuses section below for full details.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
• 333x may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal of any size if fraud prevention or compliance checks require it.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours to one business day once approved. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing as part of the VIP programme.

Withdrawal Refusals

333x reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant balance will be held pending investigation. Players will be notified and given the opportunity to respond to any queries raised.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

333x offers bonuses, free spins, reload offers and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered or activated. General bonus conditions that apply across the 333x platform include:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion has its own wagering requirement — this is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement will always be clearly stated alongside the offer.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address or device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
• Bonuses credited to your account expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion details. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically.
• 333x reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already opted in, your existing bonus balance and progress toward wagering requirements will be honoured.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or passed to another player.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other sports markets available on 333x:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 333x does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances where a market is voided (see below).
• Bets are accepted on the understanding that the advertised odds at the time of bet placement are accurate. In the event of an obvious error in odds (e.g. a market priced significantly incorrectly due to a technical issue), 333x reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to player balances.
• Markets may be voided if a match or event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum play requirement is met. In such cases, all stakes are returned to player balances in full.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 and international matches — the rules specific to each market type (match winner, top batsman, total runs, etc.) are displayed on the bet slip and within the relevant market. Players are responsible for understanding the market rules before placing a bet.
• Live/in-play betting is subject to the same general rules. Bets placed after the relevant event or outcome has concluded (due to technical delays in odds updating) may be voided at 333x's discretion.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed when placing a bet. Attempting to circumvent stake limits through multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• 333x reserves the right to limit or restrict betting markets available to individual players in cases of suspected abuse of market inefficiencies or where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8. Casino Games

The 333x casino section — covering slots, live casino, crash games, table games and fish games — operates under the following rules:

• All casino games are provided by certified third-party software developers. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical game events conducted by live dealers.
• 333x does not modify, influence or interfere with game outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages applicable to each game are set by the software developer and are accurate as published by the developer.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnect or technical error during a game round, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player. Completed rounds are not eligible for reversal.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real money bets. Game rules are accessible within each game environment.
• Live casino tables operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and other providers are subject to both the 333x platform rules and the specific rules of the table as stated by the live dealer and on-screen information.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333x platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been received and used on the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using 333x for any form of money laundering, financial crime or illicit fund movement. Deposits must represent personal funds from legitimate sources.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses through duplicate accounts, coordinated play, artificial wagering or any other method designed to manipulate bonus terms.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software or any artificial means to place bets, play games or interact with the platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets systematically across platforms to exploit pricing differences in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your 333x account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to operate your account.
• Third-Party Deposits: Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.

10. Responsible Gaming

333x is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming on our platform is intended as a form of entertainment only. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

333x reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, where:

• There is reason to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Identity verification has not been completed within a requested timeframe.
• A regulatory or compliance obligation requires it.
• The player requests voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

On closure of an account, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings generated through bonus play that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to identity verification. 333x will not be liable for any inconvenience, loss of entertainment or opportunity cost arising from account suspension or closure where the action was taken in response to a breach of these Terms.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 333x support team. Closure requests are typically processed within one business day.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333x shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, connectivity issues or third-party system failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Any financial loss arising from gaming decisions made by the player on the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

333x provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades or unexpected outages may occasionally affect platform availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 333x's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

333x reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We may also notify registered players of significant changes by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 333x platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
